1. Service Content

1.1 Domain Registration Service
Users can register, renew, transfer, and manage domain names through our company. We offer a wide variety of top-level domains (TLDs) including .com, .net, .org, .cn, .xyz, and more. The registration service supports multiple languages to help users choose the right domain name easily.

1.2 Web Hosting Service
Our company provides stable and efficient web hosting services using industry-leading technologies to ensure fast website loading. The web hosting service supports customizable website space, databases, FTP, and email services, enabling users to easily host personal websites, blogs, e-commerce platforms, etc.

1.3 VPS Hosting Service
We offer flexible VPS hosting services, allowing users to choose different configurations of CPU, memory, bandwidth, and storage based on their needs. Our cloud hosting system can automatically scale and supports multiple operating systems and application installations, making it ideal for developers and enterprises.

1.4 SSL Certificates
We provide both standard and advanced SSL certificates. SSL certificates effectively encrypt the communication between users and servers, ensuring data security and improving user trust. They are compatible with various platforms and server configurations, including Apache, Nginx, etc.

1.5 DNS Resolution Service
Our company offers efficient and stable DNS resolution services, ensuring fast and reliable website access. We provide globally distributed DNS nodes for quick response to user requests, minimizing latency.

1.6 CDN Website Content Delivery
We offer global CDN acceleration services to optimize website loading speed and enhance user experience. Through CDN, website content is delivered from the closest node to the user, reducing latency and improving access speed.

1.7 Other Customized Services
We also offer a range of customized technical support and solutions, including but not limited to website development tools, VPN services, technical consulting, cloud backup, etc.

2. User Eligibility

2.1 Users must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian if under the age of 18.

2.2 When registering for an account, users must provide true, complete, and accurate personal or business information. Any changes to this information should be updated promptly.

2.3 Prohibition of Temporary or Fake Email Addresses
Users must register with a valid and legitimate email address. Temporary or fake email addresses are prohibited. If this rule is violated, DNSHE reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user account and cancel related services.

2.4 Email Verification Requirement
A newly registered account must complete email verification within 7 days. If verification is not completed in this time, DNSHE will temporarily suspend the account, and all related services will be suspended or canceled.

3. Service Usage Restrictions

Users must not engage in the following behaviors when using our services:

Disseminating illegal, malicious, or harmful information;
Unauthorized access, attacks, or tampering with other networks;
Sending spam, malicious software, phishing messages, or engaging in any form of fraud;
Hosting or distributing content that infringes on the intellectual property of others;
Engaging in activities that violate local laws and regulations or any other part of these terms.
Any actions that violate the laws and regulations of the country where the product/service is provided.

4. Fees and Refund Policy

4.1 Fee Explanation
All service fees are subject to the prices displayed on the official website or as per the agreement between both parties. Users must make timely payments; otherwise, services will be suspended or terminated.

4.2 Refund Conditions
Domain Registration: No refunds will be made once domain registration fees are paid, except under special circumstances as defined by the domain registrar.

Web Hosting: Refunds are available within 7 days if the user requests due to service quality issues, with the remaining service fees refunded.

VPS Hosting: Full refunds are available for unused services within 3 days. For used services, only the unused portion will be refunded, subject to a 15% handling fee.

SSL Certificates: Once issued, SSL certificates are non-refundable. If the certificate has not been issued, a full refund will be provided.

Other Products or Custom Services: Full refunds are available for unused services within 3 days. For used services, the refund will be calculated based on usage time/ value.

Note: If there is any conflict between product-specific refund information and the terms above, the product service details will prevail.

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Data Backup
Users are responsible for regularly backing up their data. The company is not liable for any losses resulting from failure to back up data.

5.2 Privacy Protection
The company strictly protects user privacy and will not disclose user information to third parties except in the following situations:

Where the user has given explicit consent;
As required by law or judicial authorities;
To third parties necessary for service provision.

6. Service Interruption and Liability Limitation

6.1 The company strives to provide stable services, but the following situations may cause service interruptions, and the company is not liable for them:

Scheduled maintenance or emergency fault resolution;
Failure to renew services due to non-payment;
Third-party causes (e.g., network or power outages);
Service interruptions due to malicious disruption by upstream providers or failure to recover from upstream collapse;
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, fires, wars, cyber-attacks, etc.).

6.2 In case of service interruption, errors, or third-party actions, the company’s total liability for compensation will not exceed the service fees paid by the user for the current period.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The company owns or is authorized to use all intellectual property related to the services, including but not limited to software, trademarks, documentation, and icons.

7.2 Users are granted only the right to use the services and may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercialize the intellectual property without permission.

8. Modification and Termination of Terms

8.1 The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and will notify users via website announcements or emails. The modified terms will take effect as soon as they are published.

8.2 Users may choose to stop using the services at any time, but no refunds will be provided for paid services (except in cases that meet refund conditions).

8.3 If the user violates these terms, the company has the right to immediately close the account and suspend or terminate related products/services, without refunding any fees.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

9.2 Any disputes arising from these terms should be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court in the location of DNSHE.
